Dr. Annika Bremhorst is the founder and CEO of Dogs and Science. She is an award-winning canine scientist, consultant, and author, focusing on behavior, emotions, pain, and AI. Additionally, she is a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Bern, an honor research fellow at the University of Lincoln, and a research associate at the Tech4Animals Lab, University of Haifa.
Kati Stangl
Founder & COO
Kati Stangl, a key member of Dogs and Science, leverages her communications background to engage diverse audiences. With experience as a radio presenter and performer, and a degree in Theatre and Media from the University of Bayreuth, she translates complex research into accessible content.
Dr. Giulia Pedretti
Scientific Content Creator
Dr. Giulia Pedretti is a canine scientist and dog trainer at Dogs and Science. She specializes in dog behavior, communication, cognition, and olfactory abilities as a postdoctoral researcher at the University of Parma. Certified in general and hunting dog training, she also instructs in olfactory activities.
Dr. Greta Abele
Veterinary specialist
Dr. Greta Abele, the veterinarian at Dogs and Science, brings extensive experience from her studies and practice in Germany and Austria. Her diverse practice locations have enhanced her expertise in animal health and welfare, advancing veterinary care and animal well-being.
